Twice a month I visit the chiropractor for an adjustment. After I tried an inversion table at a friends house, I was hooked. This Body Power table is amazing. After the first three minutes inverted, I could actually feel the "stretch" in my entire back - it felt good.

Assembling this table looked a bit daunting at first, especially since they recommend you assemble it with two people. However, with a little patience and `alone', I had it together in less than an hour. The material is sturdy, comfortable and easily adjustable. At 5'-11" and 195 pounds, it was easy to set the ankle and table length to the proper fitting. The ankle pads are thick and just padded enough to so you can relax your feet and ankles while hanging. However, these ankle pads are not heavy duty and there is some slight discomfort. I am not sure how long they will stay non-compressed. The safety strap is also easily adjustable to let you decide how severe an angle you want to hang with. I went for the complete invert right away. This part was a tad unnerving, as you have to go slowly. Placing my hands above my head, the table quickly flipped until I was upside down. I highly recommend you go slowly and use the comfortable side bars. Getting back up is also easy by simply pulling on those same side bars.

It is recommended that you always wear shoes/sneakers while using the table, but I did notice that the rough foot rest's `sandpaper' that is glued to the foot rest started to peel at the edges right away, but this is a minor quibble. It is nice to be able to simply fold the entire table up to move to another room. Do note the ad here that you will feel a loosening of tension in your back, neck and muscles. I've only had this a few days, but I can truly feel the difference and can't wait to see my chiropractor again. Also, when is the last time you spent only one hundred dollars for a truly helpful piece of medical equipment?

I have long history(over 30 years) back pain and tried almost every remedies but could get good control. This inversion table is I last try. The outcome is incredible. So far, I have been use this table for almost two monthes, though my back pain still there, but is much better now. I am not expecting the pain will be gone completely, but it is under well control. I saw people complain the uncomfortable when they in the upside down position, but you will soon be used to after few tries. I also saw people conplain the feet uncomfortabl. I did tried my snow boots at beginning, but was hard to fit in. I am using my regular tennis shoes now and just fine (I am 160 lbs. I don't know what feeling the heavy people would be.).
For this particular table, since I don't believe the higher price means high quality, and here I just need a table hold my body upside down. This is the one the best price I can find. It is also easy install(spent me less than a hour). I like this table very much and highly recommand for it.

I have suffered from spondylitis and SEVERE arthritis for many years. I have limited movement in my neck and left hip, sciatica, and FIVE disk bulges due to a compressed spine. I have trouble walking sometimes and I am only 28. My pain was constant and ruining my life, causing me to become depressed. My doctors have me on numerous painkillers and weekly Enbrel injections (very costly) in addition to physical therapy three times a week. I have have a three year old and work full-time which doesn't leave much time to go to my therapy appointments. After months of research I chose this inversion table for the design and value. I recieved the table in three days-very easy to assemble (45 min)-and a very solid, well built table, which can be adjusted to most body types. I felt amazing results and instant relief the first time I tried it. I have had the table for almost a week now-and each day I feel a little bit better and I'm sleeping better through the night. I use it three times a day-already I have more movement in my neck-reduced tension in my back muscles-no headaches or sciatica-I feel like I can breath easier and have more energy! My whole body feels better-it has been many years since I felt this good! In just one week I have taken half the amount of pain meds I am prescribed,and plan to stop taken them completely now that I have true, long-lasting relief from this table. For $110.00 it has already paid for itself and the best money I have ever spent. I highly recommend this table-it's giving me my life back :)
